Good Morning Routine!

Good morning everyone -

How do you wake up and start the day?

Does an alarm clock jolt you awake and you dive out of bed? Or do you awaken naturally and start your day?

Either way, it’s essential to take 5-10 minutes lying there on your bed, breathing deeply, realigning your thoughts, intentions and energies.

The ego mind can often kick-in as soon as your eyes open, it’s important to be aware of this, to free yourself from that immediately. If you don’t, if you don’t catch it, you’ll potentially bring the ego energy into every moment of that day.

You want to start your day free of ego impulses, calm and peaceful, you want to set some gentle intentions for the day ahead, you want to smile and thank the Divine for each moment that is ahead of you. And if you’re like me, you’ll want to send millions of Angels ahead of you, so that each moment of the coming day is filled with Angelic energy and love, aaaaaaaaahhhhhh!
